The World Parkinson Coalition Inc. was founded in 2004 under the official name of World Parkinson Congress Inc. The official change of the name from Congress to Coalition took place in 2009.

Gothia Cup is a youth association football tournament held annually in Gothenburg, Sweden, open for both boys and girls of ages 11 to 19 years. The ICC U19 Cricket World Cup 2010 will take place in New Zealand between 15-30 January. 16 teams will compete in the competition with the 10 ICC Full Members (Australia, Bangladesh, England, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, West Indies and Zimbabwe) being joined by six qualifiers.
